Jacob Goldstein

Jacob Goldstein assists RightsFlow as a business and technology consultant with over 20 years of hands-on experience working with startups, domestic and multinational corporations developing business strategy and executing technology, marketing, and risk control. Mr. Goldstein held the position of Chief Technology & Information Officer for Havas North American Diversified Agencies Group which had revenues of over $300 million as a rollup of 75 dispersed agencies.

His consulting practice included engagements as acting CIO for a major direct marketing European group, venture capital portfolio management, and venture capital due diligence of prospective investments. Over the past 10 years Mr. Goldstein has served on the advisory board of several technology startups including his most recent engagement as acting CEO of Soundpedia, an internet music and social networking startup.
