Jacob Goldstein joins RightsFlow as Chief Financial and Information Office with over 20 years of hands-on experience working with startups, domestic and multinational corporations developing business strategy and executing technology, marketing, and risk control. Jacob held the position of Chief Technology & Information Officer for Havas’ North American Diversified Agencies Group at the time an over $300 million rollup of 75 dispersed agencies. In his most recent engagements Jacob has been acting CEO for Soundpedia, an internet music and social networking startup.

Paul Borgese joins RightsFlow as a Senior Media Consultant utilizing his expertise in digital markets and strategic online development. Mr. Borgese comes from the Emerging Markets Group of The Associated Press Digital Division. Mr. Borgese is also an international speaker and author of two business books, M&A From Planning to Integration (McGraw-Hill, New York, 2002; Beijing 2006), which has been featured on CNN, CNBC and other global business programs; and FEAR Selling: How To Sell More and Sell Faster By Tapping Into Your Prospects' Deep-Seated Emotional Needs (Full Court Press, 2007)

Matt Irvin brings an international depth and knowledge to the team at RightsFlow. Working as Senior Manager of Licensing, Mr Irvin is instrumental in fulfilling the specific needs, deliverables and solutions to RightsFlow’s corporate clients. Mr. Irvin has a deep experience within a number of fields of the music industry. He owns an artist friendly independent Australian record label, Canopy Records, focused on promoting Perth acts on an international level. He has toured numerous times around Australia and Canada both as an artist and band manager. Mr. Irvin also served in the Film and TV Licensing Department of Orchard Music Services until June 07.

Gary Greenstein is Of Counsel in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on intellectual property, licensing, and commercial transactions, with specialized expertise in the digital exploitation of intellectual property. Prior to joining the firm, Gary served as general counsel at SoundExchange, Inc., the sole entity designated by the Copyright Royalty Board to collect and distribute statutory performance royalties for sound recordings.

Ben Cockerham comes to RightsFlow from The Orchard where he served as Director of Global Operations for the Music Services division. He was instrumental in the division’s conception and realization and served as the day to day manager over the business areas of Film, TV, Advertising, and Interactive Synchronization, Publishing Administration, Mechanical Licensing, Ringtone/Ringback licensing, Neighboring Rights Collections, and Special Licensing Services. With Patrick Sullivan, he started and managed operations in over 10 territories around the globe.

Alex Holz provides a diverse music industry background to RightsFlow’s clients as Director of Client Relations, adding to the company’s expertise in music licensing, catalogue development, and marketing through extensive experience in the recorded music, publishing, and live industry sectors. Before joining RightsFlow, Mr. Holz held a position as The Orchard’s Licensing Director, where he helped implement Orchard Music Services, the company’s value-added service platform for labels. Prior work included A&R and marketing with Dimension Music and Speakeasy Records.

Dave McCarthy assists RightsFlow as a Senior Media Consultant providing his expertise in media planning and online advertising properties. Mr. McCarthy joins from Tightrope Interactive's downloadable products division. Prior to joining Tightrope, Dave was the SVP/GM of Advertising at MIVA and was responsible for the company's online media planning and buying, and generating ad sales revenue from MIVA Direct's consumer web properties. Under his stewardship, MIVA Direct's advertising revenues grew from under 10 percent to over 30 percent of MIVA's total business in just three years.
